We want you to love your Bambu gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@bambustrong.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We ask that worn items be washed before sending back.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at support@bambustrong.com and we'll track it down.
