Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Canada, UK, Australia: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days after dispatch
Estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed. During launch periods and holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders of 2 or more pairs ship free within the United States.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact support@bambustrong.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost or stuck packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll correct it before dispatch where possible.
